Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 21, 2026
IC You Junk Removal is the customer-facing brand of IC YOU LOCK AND KEYS INC, a Pennsylvania corporation. This policy explains how we handle information when you request a quote, contact us or arrange service.
IC You Junk Removal manages customer communication, quotes, scheduling and service coordination. Work may be performed by our team or independent subcontractors working on our behalf.
Information we collect
Our Tally quote form collects your name, phone number, pickup ZIP code, job description and optional photos. During further communication, we may collect your email address, service address, access instructions, scheduling preferences and other details needed to evaluate or complete the job. We may also receive relevant information from someone arranging service for you or a provider working on your job.
Please do not include credit-card information, personal documents or unnecessary images of people in quote requests or photos.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and discuss quotes, confirm pricing and service scope, arrange and fulfill jobs, communicate with you, coordinate payment questions and maintain necessary business records. We may also need records to address disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not process payments through this website, have no connected website payment processor, and do not collect or store customer credit-card information through the website. Payment methods are not specified by this policy.
Sharing for quotes and service
Independent subcontractors may receive customer contact details, job locations, service descriptions and relevant photos needed to evaluate or perform an assigned job. We authorize use of that information only for the assigned quote or service. Unrelated use of customer information or photos, including independent marketing use, is not authorized. Customer communication remains coordinated through IC You Junk Removal.
We also use the providers described below to collect requests, communicate and keep business records. These services process customer information as needed for their functions.
Forms, email and business records
Tally receives and stores quote-form answers and optional uploaded photos. Submission notifications go to our existing Gmail account, and submissions are connected to Google Sheets for business records. Zoho Mail handles business communication, including messages sent to [email protected].
Answers and photo links may appear in Tally, Google Sheets and email. A photo link shared through these services may allow someone with the link to view the photo without signing in to Tally. Photos are not automatically copied into Google Drive simply because their links appear in a spreadsheet.
For provider information, see Tally’s privacy notice, Tally’s file-upload information, Google’s privacy policy and Zoho’s privacy policy.
Business calls
VoIP.ms provides our business phone service. Handling calls involves telephone numbers and routing information. Call-detail records may include caller ID, date, time, duration and call status.
Call recording and transcription were disabled in the SIP sub-account settings reviewed for this service. This statement applies to that reviewed configuration; it is not a claim about every telephone feature or other account-level setting. See VoIP.ms’s privacy policy.
Website resources and technical information
The website loads its quote form from Tally and fonts from Google Fonts. Requests to these providers can involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and the resources requested. Embedded services may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies to operate their features and protect against misuse.
The website’s own code does not contain separate analytics tags, advertising pixels or marketing integrations. This does not mean that embedded services are free of cookies, storage or technical logging. Providers describe their own processing in their privacy notices.
Cloudflare provides our domain registration, DNS and website hosting and delivery services. These services may process visitor IP addresses and technical traffic information to deliver and protect the website. Domain registration and DNS services alone do not mean that quote answers or photos are sent to Cloudflare. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
How long we keep information
Customer information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal obligations. Relevant considerations include an inquiry or job that is still active, necessary business and accounting records, unresolved disputes and legal requirements. There is no single fixed retention period for all records.
Deletion from one service does not necessarily remove copies from email, spreadsheets, telephone-service records, downloads, subcontractor records or provider backups. Deletion requests may require review and coordination across those copies. Information that must be retained for an applicable obligation or unresolved business matter may not be deleted immediately or completely.
Privacy questions and requests
You can send privacy inquiries or requests to review, correct or delete your information to [email protected]. The business owner is responsible for reviewing these requests.
Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements, any reasonably necessary identity verification and any lawful need to retain records. This policy does not promise automatic deletion or a fixed response deadline.
